Back body measurements. Back waist length measure from the most prominent bone at base of neck. Check out the easy to follow instructions for getting accurate measurements for each body part below. Do not draw the tape too tightly. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust wrap. You can easily take your own center back measurements with a pen paper and a measuring tape. Pinpoint the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor and measure all the way around your torso where this crease formed. When tailoring your own clothes it is important to be able to get the proper center back measurements. Take center back body measurements you will like to find the area in the back of your neck that your shirts naturally start at.
F back waist length measure from the base of the neck in the center not the side to the center of the waistline. High bust measure across the back high up under the arm and across top of bust. Use the tape to circle. Measure the circumference of your chest. Measure the circumference of your waist. Bust measure straight across the back over the fullest part of the bust.
